1tbVegetable Oil
1cAll purpose white flour
1cFine ground oatmeal
1/2cWhole wheat flour
1/4cCoarse ground pecans
1/4cWheat germ
1/4cWheat bran
2tbGluten
1ts[rounded] salt
1ts[rounded] yeast
1ts[heaped] brown sugar

Grind rolled oats into meal in a blender. Add liquids, flours, other dry ingredients and yeast in the order recommended by the machine's manufacturer. Set cycle to whole wheat, medium crust.
